Fudge Brownie (no nuts)
Here is a great recipe for fudge brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Stir in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Stir in vanilla extract
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few crumbs attached.
- Drizzle on some chocolate or fudge syrup
Serving size: 1 brownie (based on 16 servings no syrup)
